Description of the facilities :
ground floor
As soon as we enter, we find the dining room, with a long table for 15-20 people made from the old doors of the house, which gives it an original and aged touch. In the background, the Catalan vault staircase takes us to the first floor. But before that, on the left is the large multipurpose room. There we have created a play area for the children, with a two-seater sofa bed and a television. This room has a toilet with shower.
To the right of the entrance we find the living room with the fireplace and the beautiful, rustic kitchen. Fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and taking care of the rural style of a farmhouse. Integrated into the white marble worktop is the well. You can see it illuminated through a laminated glass. A detail that we wanted to preserve from the house.
Each room has its own thermostat.
La Casavella is an old Catalan farmhouse located in a property that is in a privileged area of the Masies de Voltregà. It rises above the Plana de Vic and offers spectacular panoramic views even on foggy days. It is located a little above the Creu del Morral and is surrounded by fields grazing for cows and mountainous landscapes that hide beautiful corners to explore and go hiking both on foot and by mountain bike.
The building consists of two floors and an annex. It has its origins in the 18th century and was one of the farmhouses of the Mas Serratosa manor house, located nearby, and which has its origins documented in the 12th century.
The farmhouse is just above the village of St. Hippolytus of Voltregà. The feeling is of being out of the way, but close enough to be easily accessible by driving 5 minutes down the road or walking 15 minutes on the right.
10 minutes by car from Vic, 15 from Ripoll and 20 from Olot, the strategy is clear. All you have to do is tell us where you want to go and we will help you prepare your trips from the house. We have information and wifi. Cleaning and maintenance service twice a week in high season

On reaching the first floor we find the large distributor room .
We have four large and comfortable rooms with careful decoration.

Two bathrooms to share, both complete, which you will love for their comfort and design.

Outdoor
From the kitchen we can access the porch where we have panoramic views of the area. Table to eat and a barbecue!
In the summer of 2022 we opened the pool ! We have decided on a sand pool with salt water for its versatility, sustainability and accessibility. There will be a beach area for children and adults, benches in the water with yakuzzi to cool off while resting and sharing and a deeper area. Come and try it!
The entire outdoor area is available to guests of the house.
